Shipping Policy

Please remember all orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends nor holidays).

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can.  It can take 2-3 days to process your order depending on your form of payment. Delivery takes an additional 1-6 (Domestic Orders) business days.

During  peak holiday seasons shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days.  Large orders may require additonal time before shipping.

*COLLECTION/CUSTOM Orders generally ship 4-6 weeks after purchase has been processed.

USPS Priority Mail: $7.00 (4-6 business days)

USPS Priority Mail: $14.00 (2-5 business days)

USPS Priority Mail Express: $20.00 (2-3 business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $250.00 using the code: "Free Shipping".

*Signature is required upon delivery of packages.  Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your purchase. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available , please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your packages before it is returned to us.

Available shipping methods for international orders include:

Canada- USPS Priority Mail International: $24 - $50 (9-11 business days)

United Kingdom- USPS Priority Mail International: $45 - $70 (9-11 business days)

All Other Countries- USPS Priority Mail International: $60 - $90 (9-11 business days)

Please note that Wisper Couture ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid". This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Wisper Couture and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.  If the customer fails to pay these fees and the packages is returned to Wisper Couture, we will not resend your order (not including shipping fee).

Wisper Couture is not responsible for any delays in delivery by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will send the package to).
